Rockstar and singer-songwriter, YUNGBLUD welcomed fans and press to the Crauferd Arms to the teaser video and Q&A session for BludFest Year 2. A press photo opportunity with Dominic welcomed by James Lancaster, Milton Keynes Mayor, and Shanika Mahendran, Cabinet Member for Planning and Placemaking started the session and the Q&A was hosted by Radio X’s Sarah Gosling.


BludFest ‘Year 2’ takes place at the Milton Keynes Bowl on the 21st June, with tickets ranging from £65 – £125. An affordable festival to undercut big label mark ups, with an unfiltered website stating ‘no pretentious nonsense, no corporate bollocks’. During the Q&A, he reiterated the importance of making the festival about the fans, and not marking up prices for corporations to earn money. When asked about the affordability of tickets, he stated that it’s in his control, and will continue to do so for his fan base, ‘If it has to go up by a tenner, I’ll tell you why’. This year the second stage capacity has been increased to 10,000, an 8,000
increase on last year.

He continued with a teaser of his new single ‘Zombie’ to be released on Friday and a potential to launch BludFest in other parts of the world, with a hint of other locations on the horizon, but no solid confirmations yet. The crowd laughed as Dominic looked into the crowd for his PR manager, with banter from Sarah Gosling.

The Q&A closes with Dominic walking off stage for a meet and greet with fans.
